If you miss your return for exchange\replacement pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your package. After the second failed attempt, the return for exchange request will be canceled.

How I can exchange my watch?
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice.

No, a one-time repair should not cost you.
How do I set my watch?
The guidelines book will be provided under the watch box, with the help of those guidelines you can set your watch.

No, for the ease of the customer we have skipped this step. Simply buy the watches without the need to make an account to purchase.
How do I know that you have received my order?
You will get a confirmation email within 24-48 hours from us on your email id which you used to make an account to purchase.

How can I check the status of my order/shipment?
You will get the updates regarding the order confirmation, shipment with a link where you can check your order. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made.
