1. Grant of Rights: When you share images or videos of your Tsar Bomba watch on social media platforms or directly with us, you grant Tsar Bomba, its affiliates, and its marketing partners an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and incorporate your Content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for branding and promotional purposes.

2. No Obligation to Use: While we appreciate your contribution, please understand that there is no obligation for Tsar Bomba to use your Content. The decision to use any Content is at the sole discretion of Tsar Bomba.

3. Representation and Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant us these rights. You also represent that the Content does not infringe upon any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

4. Release of Liability: You hereby release and hold harmless Tsar Bomba from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of the material (image/video) as described above.

By sharing your image or video for this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.


Here are some additional guidelines that complement the ones we’ve already listed:

1. Eligibility for Past Buyers: Customers who have purchased any watch from the interchangeable or modular series in the past 12 months or more are eligible for this offer.

2. Social Media Participation: Participants must share a picture of their watch on social media with the tag @Tsarbombawatch. The post should also include a creative caption about your positive experience with the watch.

3. Material Restrictions: This offer is strictly limited to free FKM and stainless steel watch bezels. Bezels made from other materials, such as carbon fiber, titanium, or ceramic, are not included in this promotion.

4. One-Time Use: The offer is limited to one gift per customer, regardless of the number of purchases made.

5. Geographic Limitations: Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to ship individual bezels to certain remote regions. Customers from these regions can still participate by purchasing a full watch set.

6. Verification Process: Customers must provide proof of purchase for their modular or interchangeable series watch to avail of this offer.

7. Limited Time Offer: This promotion, applicable only to our Interchangeable and Modular watch series, includes a $70 discount on any of our exquisite watch bezels and is valid for a limited time only. Customers must claim their discounted bezel within this period.

8. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Follow-Up Review Request: Participants may be contacted for a follow-up review of the new bezel, which could be featured on our social media channels.

10. Customer Support: For any queries or issues regarding the offer, customers can contact our support team via email or our social media channels.
