Every Tsar Bomba watch is crafted to the highest standards of materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, don't worry: Tsar Bomba covers any defects in parts or workmanship for two full years from the date you receive your watch.
During the warranty period, Tsar Bomba will repair any defect free of charge. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace your watch with the same model or a substantially similar one. Shipping costs for warranty repairs and replacements are covered by us.
The Tsar Bomba 2-year warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use or accidents, or any repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Tsar Bomba or a Tsar Bomba authorized repair center.
To use your warranty, please keep your proof of purchase and contact the authorized Tsar Bomba dealer where you bought your watch. If you bought your watch directly from tsarbomba.com, please contact us using the details below, and we will tell you how to pack and send your watch for repair or replacement. Please do not send your watch to us before you have received a return authorization and instructions from our team.
Note: the sapphire crystal is a delicate component. Damage caused by the customer is not covered by the warranty, unless the crystal itself is defective.
