Returning an Item

Returning an item is simple. Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, with the original label and complete box, and send it back within 30 days of the delivery date. Then contact our customer service via phone or email for assistance.

Remember to include the invoice/warranty card with the returned package, as returns without these documents cannot be processed. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds are only processed for products in their original condition and packaging.

RETURN FAQ’s 

Return Shipping

Usually, we cover the return shipping fee. You will need to pay the shipping fee upfront and provide us with the shipping fee certificate for the return. Once we receive the watch, we will immediately reimburse the shipping fee. However, if the watch is returned due to customer damage, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, upon receiving the package, you can either keep it or contact us to arrange a return. To cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, please reach out to our customer service team.

Refund Timing

Please note that refunds will be issued for the exact price of the purchased item. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original card used for the purchase, or you can choose to receive online store credit. We do not accept refunds via alternative cards or different payment methods. Processing payments may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. If the remaining products on your returned order amount to less than $60, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For PayPal payments, we will refund you on the same day we receive the returned watch, and you will receive the refund on the same day we initiate it.

Exchanged Items

Exchanges will be processed within three business days and shipped via standard shipping. Please refer to the estimated shipping time, which is typically similar to the time it took for you to receive the watch initially.

Return Handling Fee

There is no handling fee for returns or exchanges; however, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
