2 Years Warranty
Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of the reception. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, TSAR BOMBA WATCH will, at its sole discretion, provide for the replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch or any part original to your model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of replacement.
Note: Since the sapphire glass mirror is a fragile accessory, it is not covered by the warranty if it is damaged by the customer himself, except for the glass with defects
To obtain a replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorized TSAR BOMBA WATCH retailer or service provider, who will provide additional instructions. If the watch was purchased in the TSAR BOMBA WATCH online store, or if you wish to obtain the contact information of authorized TSAR BOMBA WATCH retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you mail your watch for replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watchbands or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return.
Although you will not be charged for replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized TSAR BOMBA WATCH retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of replacement, If you bought a watch with a battery, when the battery is exhausted, you can go to any watch repair shop near you to replace it

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals
- Damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or workmanship.
Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than an authorized TSAR BOMBA WATCH retailer or service provider is not covered under this warranty and shall void the warranty.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
TSAR BOMBA WATCH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
Repair and Service
You must ship the defective Products to us.
When shipping your defective Products to us, please pack it carefully and securely and make sure not to ship the defective Product in its original packaging. As we are not liable for damage, theft or loss of your defective Products during shipping, we recommend that you insure your Products against damage, theft or loss.
Be sure to provide the following information to us:
- full name;
- mailing address (street, city, state, zip code);
- preferred phone number (with country and area code);
- email address (to help expedite your repair);
- a note explaining the nature of the problem.
In most of the cases the repair of the defective Product will be completed within 4-6 weeks. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, parts backorders or unique repairs that affect any repair or times.
For repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty, an estimate as to costs and times will be provided, whereby approval and payment for repair must be obtained prior to processing any repair.
